Ricky Starbuck

Ricky has previous experience working in the building industry, managing teams to deliver bespoke projects and working as a site manager across two specialist school sites, again leading on building and development projects.

Ricky qualified as a Team Teach trainer in 2022 and has been delivering training in education and care, focused on positive behaviour support. In his spare time, Ricky supports primary aged pupils to access alternate provision in a voluntary capacity.

Ricky is passionate about accessible environments and the design of spaces which are usable by all people to the greatest extent possible.
